1) Reporting Specialist with Russian (m/f)

Task:

• Responsibility for the entity-based Financial reporting
• Check of the balance sheet and the P+L Accounts
• Preparation of month-end and year-end adjustments, documents and informations for the auditor
• Preparation of the internal reporting to the head office (IFRS)
• Processing of Balance Sheet Adjustments (incl. intra group accounts) and PL
• Participation in projects outside of the standard reporting cycle (predominantly related to changes in the accounting & regulatory reporting environments, changes in the IT infrastructure).

Profile:

• Work experience: minim. 2 years in banking industry or similar
• Good command of written and spoken English and Russian
• Capable in usage of MS Office applications and Reporting Tools
• Good knowledge of IFRS accounting requirements.

2) Controlling Specialist with Russian (m/f)

Task:

• Responsibility for Management Reporting activities (preparation, analysis, comments and reporting of financial results to the management) across all local segments/business units
• Segmentation of revenues/expenses to products and bank segments
• Performance of daily and monthly PL process, incl. reconciliations between front and back-office
• Support for preparation of transfer pricing documentation and intragroup charges
• Participation in projects outside of the standard reporting cycle (predominantly related to changes in the reporting environments, changes in the IT infrastructure)

Profile:

• Work experience: minim. 2 years in banking industry or similar
• Good command of written and spoken English, Russian advantage

Task:

• Responsibility for the entity-based Accounting of the WE branches
• Check of the balance sheet and the P+L Accounts of the different branches, balance sheet substatiation
• Prepare and input of booking entries
• Preparation of month-end and year-end bookings, documents and informations for the auditor
• Maintenance of accounts, schedules in the different banking systems
• Treatment of various taxes (booking, payment, provisions, calculations etc.)
• Preparation of documents for different tax declaration and for local tax advisor
• Participation in projects outside of the standard reporting cycle (predominantly related to changes in the accounting & regulatory reporting environments, changes in the IT infrastructure)
• Check/Test of data and reports
• Check/Test of software up-dates (Fire, Phöenix)
